Full Journal pdf2015-04-18 House Journal Page 1054 HB 146 Representative Millett moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 1008) on the following: 2015-04-18 House Journal Page 1055 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 146(CRA) "An Act relating to a municipal tax exemption for certain subdivided property." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 146(CRA) "An Act relating to the optional exemption from and deferral of payment of municipal taxes on deteriorated property; and relating to a municipal tax exemption for certain subdivided property." (SCR 12 - title change resolution) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Millett moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 146(CRA), thus adopting SCS CSHB 146(CRA), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 146(CRA)?"
